Mandate\" data-section-index=\"1\"><ol><li value=\"1\" data-indent=\"0\">Mandate<\/li><\/ol><\/section><section id=\"markdown-section-24aa2f95-94cf-4453-ae05-96c5afba654e-2\" class=\"markdown-section\" data-markdown-raw=\"\nThe client grants the broker the exclusive mandate to sell the property.
