3 Services and prices We offer the following service packages: – Standard package: CHF 80 per month, incl. VAT – Premium package: CHF 150 per month, incl. VAT VAT – Premium Plus package: CHF 200 per month, incl. VAT. Value added tax The prices include the statutory value added tax. 

4 Warranty We do not guarantee the sale of companies advertised on our platform. Our platform only serves as an intermediary platform for the sale of companies. 

5 Data protection The protection of your data is important to us. We use your data exclusively for the fulfillment of the services offered and do not pass them on to third parties. Further details can be found in our privacy policy. 

6. orders and terms of payment By clicking on the “Accept terms and conditions” checkbox in the order process, you confirm the terms and conditions. Payment is made by credit card or other specified payment methods. Invoices are due immediately. VAT is included in the prices quoted. 

7 Delivery Our services are provided digitally and are available immediately after receipt of payment. 

8 Liability We are not liable for damages caused by the use of our platform, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. We assume no liability for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by users. 

9. returns and refunds A refund of the amounts paid is excluded, as these are digital services that are provided immediately after conclusion of the contract. 

10 Applicable law and place of jurisdiction Swiss law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Mestro Basel AG.
